Kamari has spent over two decades working in BigLaw, as a solo practitioner, and as a legal recruiter advising attorneys at every stage of their careers—from associates navigating transitions to partners managing eight-figure books of business as a lateral. Throughout her career, she is consistently recognized for her relational, versus transactional, approach and her ability to identify the true issue beneath the surface.In parallel with her legal advisory work, Kamari has devoted over 30 years to the study and application of spiritual laws—the causal principles that quietly shape outcomes in career, health, relationships, and personal fulfillment. She believes lasting change occurs only when the spirit, mind, and body are addressed together.
